Group Training and bootcamp programs for over 8 years. Erica has a tremendous passion for health and fitness and helping people get fit. She knows how to make workouts fun, challenging and effective.

in 2008. He has run a Small Group Training and bootcamp programs at Custom Bodies Fitness Irvine for 2 years and has previously worked as a sports performance and strength coach. Adam loves pushing his clients to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Scott grew up and went to school in Kansas where he excelled in track and field and basketball. He began working as a personal trainer in 2004, moved to Orange County in 2008 and has worked for Custom Bodies Fitness Irvine ever since. Scott manages our personal training department, runs group training, bootcamps and also trains his own personal clients.
